NFL Draft Live Chat Saturday

I’ll be hosting a live chat at Sports 2000 Saturday during the National Football League draft, starting at 4 p.m. eastern time. The draft is scheduled to begin at 4:10 p.m.

Detroit is on the clock after its historic 0-16 campaign in 2008. Georgia quarterback Matthew Stafford is considered the likely choice for the Lions to choose. Detroit management expects to select a player and sign him to a contract before the weekend.

The live chat will continue through the first round. The draft spans seven rounds over two days. I look forward to talking to you Saturday.
